Gitで「他のブランチ命名規則に従って」新規ブランチを作成する手順を定型化する。Use when: (1) 「ブランチを作って/切って」と依頼された、(2) 既存ブランチの命名規則を踏襲したい、(3) feature/hotfix 等のプレフィックスとスラッグ規則を揃えたい、(4) 作成〜pushまで一気にやりたい。
