Handles modals (useOverlay), forms (Valibot), API integration (types.gen.ts, sdk.gen.ts), authentication (Better Auth), TailwindCSS styling, useFetch, useState, SSR. ALWAYS activate for .vue files, nuxt.config.ts, or frontend development. NOT for NestJS backend (use generating-nest-servers).
