ユーザーが「ベンチマーク実行」「パフォーマンス測定」「性能分析」「速度を測って」「ベンチマークして」等と要求した時に発動。 Go benchmarkを実行し、結果を分析してボトルネックを特定し、改善提案を行う。 既存のベンチマークがない場合は、まず作成する。
