Features and purpose

Git リポジトリへの変更をコミットする。Conventional Commits 形式で日本語のコミットメッセージを作成する。過去の履歴を参考にしつつ、「何を解決したか」を明確に記述する。TODO/計画がある場合はそのステップ単位でコミットを分割する。ユーザーが「コミットして」「変更をコミット」「/commit」「git commit」などと言ったときに使用する。
