Obsidian Vault에 문서를 업로드하는 스킬. 현재 프로젝트의 컨텍스트 문서를 workspace/{프로젝트명}/context/ 경로에 저장합니다. 'obsidian 업로드', 'obsidian에 저장', '옵시디언 문서', 'vault에 업로드' 요청 시 활성화됩니다.
