Lightweight WSI tile extraction and preprocessing. Use for basic slide processing tissue detection, tile extraction, stain normalization for H&E images. Best for simple pipelines, dataset preparation, quick tile-based analysis. For advanced spatial proteomics, multiplexed imaging, or deep learning pipelines use pathml.
