  • Intrinsic: Avoid IntrinsicWidth/Height; use Stack + FractionallySizedBox for overlays.
• Optimization: Use ColoredBox/Padding/DecoratedBox instead of Container when possible.
• Themes: Use extensions for Theme.of(context) access.
