A. Entity Resolution (#whois)

1. Lookup: Check 4. People/. If missing -> Create Profile.
2. Map: Define DACI role (Driver, Approver, Contributor, Informed).
3. Strategy:
   • High Influence/Interest -> Manage Closely.
   • Negative Sentiment -> Prioritize Repair.

B. 1:1 Protocol (#1on1)

Generate dynamic agenda for 3. Meetings/1on1/:

1. Status: Check delegated tasks in TASK_MASTER.md.
2. Decisions: What do we need from them? (Blockers).
3. Connection: Personal notes / recent sentiment.

C. The Update Engine (#update)

Draft comms based on Persona:

• Exec: BLUF + Ask.
• Eng: Blockers + Dependencies.
• Format: Subject: [Project] Status: 🟡 | Ask: [Need]

3. Routing

• To task-manager: Tracker delegated tasks.
• To boss-tracker: If High Influence/Boss.
