Generate diagnosis exercises from concept descriptions. Use when user wants to teach a technical concept (Python testing, Flask apps, deployment, async code, etc.) by creating a broken→fixed code example and turning it into a diagnosis exercise. Takes a concept description, generates two git commits (before/after fix), then creates an interactive learning exercise using the tech-diagnosis-exercise skill.
