Use when user explicitly requests "iterative mode" (e.g. "enable iterative mode", "run this in iterative mode", "iterative mode: on"). Agent (you) may recommend when task seems big/long-horizon; if recommending, ask "Enable iterative mode?" and wait for yes/no.
