Loads and filters CLIF tables (vitals, labs, medications, respiratory support, microbiology) by hospitalization_id and category columns. Computes clinical scores including SOFA, Charlson Comorbidity Index (CCI), and Elixhauser. Creates wide datasets and performs data transformations.
